Our Journey

A journey through technology

Adoptive Technologies was founded to give established small businesses something different from the typical IT experience. We saw too many businesses dealing with slow responses, poor communication and technology that just didn't work as it should.

We believe IT should be an asset, not a frustration. Our mission is simple: deliver reliable, secure and well-managed technology that helps businesses run smoothly and grow with confidence.

Today we support a wide range of organisations across Hampshire and the South, building long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency and a genuine care for our clients.

Why businesses choose Adoptive Technologies

Ownership, not just ticket fixing

We look at the bigger picture and solve root causes, not just symptoms.

Security without the scare tactics

What our clients say

Average rating from 20+ Google reviews
"Martin has been our guardian angel with our newly established business. Like many business owners, we’ve been trying to wear too many hats and be the master of everything - but IT was the one area where we simply couldn’t take any risks, especially when it came to our clients’ data. Martin carried out a full audit of our IT systems and implemented watertight cyber security measures, along with a solid backup solution should the worst ever happen. His support has been invaluable. Whenever I click the wrong button or have a technical question, Martin responds promptly and gets us back on track without any fuss."

Questions

About the call

We'll ask about your business, your current setup and what's frustrating you, then talk honestly about whether we're a good fit.

Most likely - we focus on established small businesses where IT downtime genuinely affects staff, customers or revenue.

No. The call is about understanding your business first. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you honestly.

In most cases, yes. We start by improving what you already have rather than ripping everything out.

That's fine - we handle the handover carefully and with minimal disruption.
